Anybody recommend a smaller festival on the westside of the US thats got a surprisingly awesome crowd?

I like pulling solo missions every now and then and really love finding less mainstream fests with great energy.

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
