Standing for long periods at festivals
Hi - I'm a long time festival go'er but recently I'm finding it difficult to stand for long periods - like more than 90 minutes. It's pain in the bottom of my foot so plantar fasciitis just caused by old age is the reason :( . It can be tricky finding a seat - and walking around isn't an option sometimes so what other options are there for helping out.
I already do the good footware / gel insoles / double socks but is there any other things that might help?
