Is anyone else concerned about festivals acrively being scheduled and advertised for the first half of 2021?

For example, I saw that Insomniac is starting to sell passes for Forbidden Kingdom at the beginning of June in Florida. I know it's ultimately about money for these companies, but it's really infuriating to see them scheduling full events when life won't return to "normal" until late 2021/early 2022 (and that's being optimistic). And they're being scheduled in states (like Florida) that no longer have COVID restrictions so they're likely going to end up being super spreader events.

I get that we all miss shows and festivals but we can't act like we aren't still in the midst of a pandemic.

Etymotic Foam vs. Custom Earplugs

I'm trying to decide if custom earplugs are worth it for me... So I've been to concerts in the past, and I typically use Etymotic ER20XS earplugs with foam tips. I usually try to be close to the front (and usually end up off to the side), so maybe the sound would be different if I go further back and toward the center, but I find that with the foam tips, the sound ends up super bassy and the vocals become a little hard to understand. Is that a product of where I'm standing in relation to the speakers, or is that just the nature of foam tips? Could I expect to see a difference with custom earplugs?
