Camping Secuirty

I will be attending Ubbi Dubbi next month with a few friends and we are camping. Just wanted to know what typical security is like when arriving to the campgrounds and getting checked in.

It says no alcohol of any kind but obviously we want to bring some in along with other prohibited items. Can I get away with just pouring liquor into water bottles? Do they really go through every inch of your car?

Lastly, I bought 4 camp spots for the car & tent camping section, we are only bringing 2 cars in and want to use the rest of the space for our tents. Will this be allowed? And will all of our camp spots be together/next to each other if we all roll in at the same time?

Thanks in advance! This will be my first camping festival.

Etymotic Foam vs. Custom Earplugs

I'm trying to decide if custom earplugs are worth it for me... So I've been to concerts in the past, and I typically use Etymotic ER20XS earplugs with foam tips. I usually try to be close to the front (and usually end up off to the side), so maybe the sound would be different if I go further back and toward the center, but I find that with the foam tips, the sound ends up super bassy and the vocals become a little hard to understand. Is that a product of where I'm standing in relation to the speakers, or is that just the nature of foam tips? Could I expect to see a difference with custom earplugs?
