keto festival goers!
it’s festival season! π this will be my first year attending with this new lifestyle. what do you guys use to stay hydrated, nourished, and energized? do some of you carb load at the festival? what are some alternatives? in the past i’ve simply used Liquid IV and then ate whatever food we brought to camp or what was offered in the festival. so far all i have this year: cheese crisps, mushroom jerky, and pili nuts π let’s share some ideas!!
