Need Suggestions for fall festival.

I’m going to ILLFEST Sept 17th and 18th, but I want to find something else to hit up preferably a mix or rock festival between Sept 26 and Oct 31.

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
