Bought Tickets to breakaway MI that is in 4 days, and still haven't recieved tickets

As the title says, my GF and I bought tickets for our friends back on June 7th for Breakaway MI through Front Gate. I bought 2 for my friend and I, and she bought 3 for her friends and her. I have received my email with my tickets however she hasn't received hers. We went back through her Emails and she never even received a receipt for the purchase, however her card was still charged for it. We've been emailing and calling them nonstop but nobody is answering. What can we do? Has anyone been to this Breakaway before? Do they have people outside the festival that can confirm purchases if you don't have the Email?

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
