buku is this weekend in new orleans. website says it 17+ but my friend is 16. wondering if anyone knew how hard it’d be to get her in compared to other festivals.

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
