Who’s been? Who’s going?! After two years of postponement, I am so bloody excited to finally go for the first time this year!

Couple of questions for those who have been before; 1) As it’s a 7 day long festival, me and the boyf want to make the most of our time in Tisno and will probably have a couple of days where we don’t actually go the festival (or if we do, it will be much later in the evening). What cool things are there to do in Tisno and the surrounding areas? 2) Any decent eateries in Tisno? 3) How easy is it to obtain, ahem, magic fun substances on site? Got a few specific ones in mind, but won’t list them here, so just in general, how easy is it?

Etymotic Foam vs. Custom Earplugs

I'm trying to decide if custom earplugs are worth it for me... So I've been to concerts in the past, and I typically use Etymotic ER20XS earplugs with foam tips. I usually try to be close to the front (and usually end up off to the side), so maybe the sound would be different if I go further back and toward the center, but I find that with the foam tips, the sound ends up super bassy and the vocals become a little hard to understand. Is that a product of where I'm standing in relation to the speakers, or is that just the nature of foam tips? Could I expect to see a difference with custom earplugs?
