Where to get a clear bag last minute!!

I just realized my event has a clear bag policy and Amazon won’t deliver in time. I checked targets and Walmart’s within a 50 mile radius and nothing! Any suggestions?

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
