In my opinion, nothing described is particularly damning and it all seems like normal festival occurrence. It likely doesn't take away from the experience at least.

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
