Getting drugs at tomorrowland?

Hey, we're planning on trying to go Tomorrowland next year and was just wondering how easy it is to get drugs there? Do people do drugs there or js drink?

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
