When are schedules usually released?

I’m going to III points, it’s actually my first festival. I’m guessing Skrillex will probably be on the last day right? That’s basically what I wanna know

Found substance

My friend found this clear plastic 1ml vial of transparent yellow liquid on the ground at a festival. It smells like fruit loops cereal and has a viscosity similar to water, it is not thick like oil. It doesn’t bubble like pee and def doesn’t smell like it unless someone has fruity pebble piss.
