Firefly Festival Cancels 2020 Event Amid Coronavirus Concerns

Firefly Music Festival will not return to Delaware until 2021 due to concerns over the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Rather than postponing this year’s event – which was slated to take place from June 18 to 21 – organizers chose to cancel the 2020 edition of the festival. The decision to flat out cancel the event was likely due to the fest’s massive lineup, which would be difficult to ensue in a postponement. A-list stars like Rage Against the Machine, Billie Eilish, Blink-182, Halsey, and David Lee Roth were among the acts set to take the stage this summer.

Etymotic Foam vs. Custom Earplugs

I'm trying to decide if custom earplugs are worth it for me... So I've been to concerts in the past, and I typically use Etymotic ER20XS earplugs with foam tips. I usually try to be close to the front (and usually end up off to the side), so maybe the sound would be different if I go further back and toward the center, but I find that with the foam tips, the sound ends up super bassy and the vocals become a little hard to understand. Is that a product of where I'm standing in relation to the speakers, or is that just the nature of foam tips? Could I expect to see a difference with custom earplugs?
