I’m going to be attending a few big festivals on the east coast next year (Bisco, EZoo, poss Moonrise, and HiJinx) My goal is to purchase over 100 testing kits and divide them up equally to give out to people. After seeing the line up for Spring Break 2020 I simply have to go, I’m a big drum and bass fan and it looks like all of my favourite acts are performing, it’s crazy. Hi - I'm a long time festival go'er but recently I'm finding it difficult to stand for long periods - like more than 90 minutes. Discovering tons of new artists. ​ How do lineups usually work? ​ I understand they try to seperate stages by genre. ​ The last person playing is usually the "most popular" ​ How does this work across multi day festivals? Sorry if this is the wrong sub but I'm going to a festival soon where you're only allowed to bring 6 cans of non alcoholic drinks in. Last year in order to sneak alcohol in I drilled a small hole behind the tab then emptied the can and filled it with alcohol using a syringe, then hot glued the hole behind the tab to seal it. However this didnt work very well and some of them leaked. Ok so before I get the usual “just buy a ticket” response I need to set it out, I can’t buy a ticket as the festival is 18+ and I turn 18 in literally 3 weeks (1 week after the festival) Due to this I’ve decided with a couple mates who aren’t 18 yet to jump, this may not be the smartest idea but this festival is worth it, the line up is one of the best to come to the area that I live in. I'm going to Okeechobee fest in March and will be using a shuttle to get there and back, no car and renting one is not an option, at all. Part of me is considering not even going because of my worries. I can pretty much pack the essentials like clothing, tent, small food items etc but I 100% won't be able to bring a canopy with me or a chair. I'm worried I'm pretty much going to be baking in the sun. I guess I could stop this by just simply staying in the festival grounds where there is more shade options during the day. Does anyone have experience with this? What do you do and how do you keep your valuables safe without a car?
