Hi everyone. I was originally supposed to be leaving for Bonnaroo in the morning. As you know, it has been cancelled. So in a manic state, I bought tickets to the Elements Lakewood Arts & Music festival in PA. Sadly, I didn't read the Covid FAQ before I full sent the $1000 Purchase for the tickets/camping/parking, and early entry! (I know, I should've looked 😭) Now, I have to get a PCR test after already getting a rapid test yesterday the 30th for Bonnaroo! I'm super worried I won't have my results by Thursday, when we will be arriving at the campground. It's currently 10:55 p.m. so I need to get the test ASAP. What do you think the odds are of me getting the results by the end of Thursday. Oh, and I forgot to mention, you also have to upload your PCR test results to CrowdPass and get them verified to get a QR code. They say not to get in your car if you don't have a QR code, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. I am asking for advice or help, I am desperate. But wow, ...

Hopefully this is a post that's allowed, but shooting my shot anyway... I was at Foals at APE yesterday, had lost all my friends so was front left and got talking to a man called Steve(o). We got on like a house on fire, said we'd go on a date but I stupidly went to the toilet during the last song and came back to a mosh pit where he was stood. Searched @RailbirdFest on Twitter, and the mentions are very unkind. People are reporting 30-minute waits for water at the hydration stations and an hour+ wait at the bar, and it's blazing hot there today. Also at least an hour wait to even enter the festival, along with delays for their shuttle service. They also had a very tone deaf post on Facebook not too long ago, reminding people to stay hydrated, despite knowing how horrendous their lines are. I recently bought a ticket for Inzo and Kavion today in LA but I cannot go and also because my friends flaked on me and I really don’t want to go alone even though I am fully vaccinated. My homies said they were going to buy tickets but never did 🤠. I did get Allianz insurance but now I need to make a claim to get my refund back ($31). And of course with any claim you will need Proof of Payment and/or Proof of Incident. And if it’s non-medical, they’ll need supporting documentation for reason of cancellation. TL;DR - Weekend Shuttle: $110 round trip, per person. Hotel + Shuttle: As low as $295 per person. Best deal you're gonna find. Click Here to Grab Your Packages... Shuttle+Hotel packages, not the other kind. Last time we were in Orlando this year for Forbidden Kingdom, (which was pretty fire... When it wasn't Hell-calibre levels of HOT AND HUMID - but it's to be expected in the peak of summer in Florida) we discovered... an opportunity. Know the worst part about that weekend though? Seeing attendees walking back to their hotels... At 1:30am... When the festival ended at 11PM because they couldn't catch a ride. Ride-sharing was terrible, and unreliable, and expensive at best (like it was still $85+ for an uberX at 1am) - and that's why we booked a charter bus that got over 100 people home safely and quickly, plus we also made a stop to the Vanguard for those who wanted to keep partying. Point is, we're doing it again, but better, and with a brand new hotel that...

I'm just not sure where best to sell this ticket to someone who will appreciate it. I sold tickets on Vivid Seats for a festival I was no longer able to attend. The festival was just rescheduled and is now offering refunds, but I am not able to cancel the order since "it has been finalized" according to Vivid Seats. I still haven't received the tickets and won't get them until next year, so I won't get the money from the tickets until next year either. Is there anything I can do? Hello Reddit people, Anyone going to EOTR next weekend at Larmer Tree Gardens? The lineup looks amazing, I'm most excited for Anna Meredith, Little Simz, Sleaford Mods, The Comet is Coming and Hot Chip. Does anyone know if it's the kind of festival that's alright to go alone? First time going to elements festival this year in Lakewood PA. Friends tell me from previous years they’ve gone you have to park very far from cars and have to take a (free) shuttle to the festival grounds. Someone said they waited 4 HOURS for the shuttle on opening day. They say this includes hauling all of your camping gear, clothes, food, etc onto the shuttle. So I’m curious… is it possible to bring a bike so I’m not stuck at the shuttle pick up for hours and hours ? Hi! I’m attending my first music festival next week and i had a few questions before it begins: Earplugs: Yes, or no? I plan on squeezing my way to the fence so it will be loud. I don’t have any issues with my hearing but I would like to keep it that way. Is it worth investing in a pair of concert earbuds, some regular foam ear plugs, or is it really not worth the sound quality drop? Bags? I assume bags are generally a bad idea, even if they are allowed. I see too many opportunities for items to be stolen/tampered with. Has anyone had experiences carrying a bag at a festival? Staying cool: It’s suppose to be like 90°F and sunny all day both days, so i’ll need to stay cool. I plan to either carry a water or bring a camelbak (if i decide to bring a bag, see #2), and i’m wearing a bandana that i plan to soak in cold water to cool off. If you have any other tips on staying cool please drop them here (especially dealing with sweat and smell, as i don’t want to be the one stinking ...

Got a She Wee a while back when all bathrooms were closed worldwide due to covid lol, I also thought it would come in handy for camping and festivals. I brought it with me to a day festival that I went to a few weeks ago and wound up chickening out! There as a LONG queue for the portas but men were just dotting in and out of a stand and pee only section. My friends were encouraging me to just go for it but I got scared because there was no sign of any other female doing the same thing! It definitely would have been a spectacle and I wasn't up for that. Disappointed that I didn't just go for it honestly. So I have another festival coming up this weekend that's multi-day and camping. I've been to this one before and the bathroom situation usually gets pretty bad towards the end. A lot of guys just go over to the edge of the campsites or portas and do their business.
